Tridosha
By implementing homeopathy in Ayurveda, you can get a direct and profound effect. Especially with acute symptoms. In Ayurveda, I work more long-term and on imbalances that are more chronic and that need a longer period of treatment and healing. In homeopathy, I can help the client to get better immediately and then be able to continue working more long-term with Ayurveda. I have noticed during my time as a therapist that I get good results when homeopathy is allowed to work more directly and deeply at the beginning of the treatment and already at the first visit.
I work according to the classical homeopathy according to Samuel Hahnemann with one remedy and one potency. I start from the person's levels of health, imbalances on the mental, emotional and physical plane. As well as the various symptoms that emerge during a reading. Then I come up with a remedy that can go in and work on the vital force/prana directly by stimulating the energies. To get the right response through the right remedy that corresponds to the imbalance the person currently has.
When it comes to choose the remedy , I base my decision on what is called Tridosha. Each remedy/preparation has a resonance according to Ayurveda. That is, Vata, Pitta or Kapha. The remedy then helps to lower or increase the effect of the dosha that is to be strengthened or weakened.
Combining a longer and deeper treatment with herbs and homeopathic remedies works well without any contradictions. Normally, I only give one dose of homeopathy during the treatment. In Ayurveda, I can suggest different mixtures of herbs and teas for longer treatments and more profound problems.
During a consultation, we come to an agreement together on how to address the problem/imbalance. We go through different methods to come up with the best solution for you. Everything is about the whole person. My goal is to get the client to have a pleasant life, free from pain and suffering, and to be able to go through their everyday lives with even balance and security. Whether it is short term or long term is, entirely up to the client. I only guide and assist you in your own healing so that you feel better about yourself and your surroundings.
